I can't find any listings in the U.S. prescription drug databases that have just a marking of 50, with nothing else.
Do you happen to know it's country of origin?
I suspect that it is probably something available over the counter, however, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

This girl came to my house that just got out of a psych hospital type place and I think she left these but I'm not sure if they're hers or the ones that my grandmother lost! Can someone please let me know what this is. I have never had a pill that I could not look up online before.

They are small, oblong shaped and either light peach or light yellow. Scored on one side and the number 50 on the other. I cannot find this anywhere online which is unusual. The girl who left them in my house got them from her psychiatrist.
